The Archaeology-Palaeobotany-Palynology Database (BARPP-C) is organized for the Neolithic sites from the former USSR area.
The distribution of about 150 Neolithic from the European and Siberian parts of the former USSR with the most representative palynological and palaeobotanical data are illustrated by the maps (MM11, MM12, MM13).
European Pollen Database text table formats as well as some additionally developed ones are used for presentation of general information on geographical position, archaeology, stratigraphy, geochronology and bibliography of every section with palaeobotanical or palynological data.
BARPP-C contains graphs, diagrams, photographs and SEM-micrographs of palaeobotanical objects, floristic or statistic pollen tables, maps of palaeobotanical reconstuctions, palaeoclimatic curves and other graphic materials.
Presented information may be interesting for archaeologists, wide range of natural science specialists (palynologists, palaeobotanists, palaeoclimatologists, palaeogeographs, ecologists, quarternary geologists etc.), students and libraries.
