  1. Indexes of archaeologiacal or geological object with palaeobotanical data - capital latin letters.
    Example: D
  2. Indexes of the section where information was obtained - index of the objet and Arabic numerals in brackets.
    Example: D(1)
  3. Indexes of archaeological layer - A and it's number (in accordance with archaeologidt's identification).
    Example: D(1:A8); KUI(1:A5-1)
  4. Indexes of geological layer - L and it's number (in accordance with investigator's identification).
    Example: D(1:L8); KUI(1:L6-1)
  5. Indexes of the text information tables with various general information on the section with palaeobotanical findings (geographical position, geographical and archaeological specificity, obtained datings, investigators' personal data):
  6. Indexes of text tables with all types of palaeobotanical finds except pollen and spores (that are marked by a) - lower case Latin letters after index of object, section, layer. Information for each layer is presented in separate table.
